To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys operational responsibility, contributes to the design of financial processes, and acts as a central point of contact within our finance function

Your Responsibilities

Operational Accounting

  • Independently prepare and coordinate day‑to‑day accounting
  • Verify documents, reconcile accounts, and prepare entries for posting
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reviewing, issuing, and processing invoices

Payments & Reconciliations

  • Execute, coordinate, and monitor daily payment runs
  • Handle payment approvals, monitor incoming and outgoing payments, and resolve discrepancies

Financial Reporting & Closing

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Prepare documentation for external tax advisors
  • Contribute to internal reporting, controlling, and budgeting processes

Administrative & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Manage travel expenses and reimbursements, including review and processing
  • Maintain, document, and further develop financial processes and internal guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Support general commercial and administrative workflows within the company

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field, qualification as a tax specialist, or a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an operational role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, payment transactions, and preparatory accounting
  • Experience with digital payment processes, approval workflows, and reconciliation tasks
  • High affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Precise, structured, and independent work style with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive financial data
  • Interest in modern financial systems, automation, and digital tools
  • Commitment to process improvement and further developing financial structures
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on attitude
  • Enjoyment of cross‑functional collaboration with management and different departments
  • Excellent German language skills and strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
